With an extraordinary passion and love for life, John is dedicated to bringing about a lasting peace within himself and sharing his journey of Self discovery with all. He loves to travel and has been a featured speaker with Power Places Tours in Peru, Egypt, and Bali.

As a holistic practitioner, John utilizes his skills as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher in his primary approach to healing. He also relies heavily on his intuition to include Guided Imagery, Hypnotherapy, Metamorphosis, and Craniosacral Therapy. Other certifications include Soft Tissue Release, Infant Massage, Aromatherapy, Lymphatic Massage, and Reflexology. He especially enjoys incorporating Mental/Emotional Therapies such as the “Journey” work of Brandon Bays and/or “The Work” of Byron Katie. His metaphysical and spiritual journey started in the early 1970’s through studies with organizations such as The Arica Institute, Self Realization Fellowship, and Science of Mind.

Eventually, a synthesis of these schoolings came together as John was being trained in Reiki. He finished massage school in 1991 and in 1994 was guided to open the doors of Insight Awareness. Since then, the lives of many people have been positively changed through workshops, classes, and individual session work.
