We are THRILLED… We are going back! October 4th – 14th, 2017
Discover the Thin Places of Ireland
And, we sure hope you can join us this time! This past April, 35 of us had an amazing time in Ireland...
enjoying the beautiful landscape, the powerful energy of the land, and of course each others company! We laughed, we ate, we drank, and filled our souls with the ancient spiritual foundations laid so very long ago... foundations which can still be felt, not only at the sites on our journey, but especially through the welcoming friendliness & smiles of the people.
We learned a lot on that trip, so a few things will be different this time... we will have a couple extra days time there, there will be more free time to relax, have spa treatments, shop, and/or explore on our own; we'll be starting the trip in Dublin and finishing in Glendalough (beautiful Wicklow Co.); and we won't be eating dinner in the hotels every night! 🙂 Once again, we will have time to sit, meditate (if you so desire ~ no pressure!), and feel the energies of some ancient sacred sites with some very gifted featured guests who will be accompanying us (more on this soon!).
We are SURE you will love it!
I know, I know, you might say "Jeesh, Ireland again?" Well I can guarantee that even if you don't have a drop of Irish blood in you, you will feel as though you do!

Meet the Team to Take You There
YOUR HOSTS: VALERIE REILLY ~ CoOwner of Insight Awareness
Valerie Reilly joined Insight Awareness in 2004 as Co-Owner & Director, with the vision and passion to expand its then solid
foundation of massage and Reiki into a full service wellness and education center. Her goal… to provide people of all walks of life the ability to discover and experience their own inner truths, peace and well-being. Believing that the community, and world
at large for that matter, was looking for such a place, she has dedicated her heart and time to gathering practitioners and educators, developing the Dragonfly Gift Shop, and spreading the word about what Insight Awareness has to offer.
Valerie also has a passion to share her own skills as an Energy Worker and Educator. She is a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui lineage and teaches Reiki: A Life Path courses with partner and co-teacher John Sparks; she has attended the 9-Day School of The Work with Byron Katie; has been a Certified Zentangle Teacher since 2013; and finally has co-developed and teaches a heart opening new workshop entitled The Brilliance of Self.
Spend some time with Valerie and she will share her heart and deep wisdom supporting you to shift from outer to inner awareness.
Meditation is a centuries-old practice that allows one to calm the mind. Quieting the constant chatter in our minds enables us to tune in to the inner voice of wisdom that all of us have within us, but often don’t take the time to hear. On the Insight Awareness “Discover the Thin Places of Ireland” trip, Megan will also lead meditations and guided imagery to help participants connect with the ancient spirit of the land as well as their ancestors.
Like meditation, guided imagery allows us to focus our attention inwardly and is often used to promote health, wellness and to increase creativity or productivity. Guided imagery can also be used to connect mind, body, and spirit to our own inner wisdom or wise divine guide such as an angel or spirit guide. In order to tap into the abundance of spiritual energy in Ireland, Megan will lead a group guided imagery exercise at several sacred sites in Ireland to help connect those interested with their own intuition or wise divine guide.
Megan lives in the Denver Metro area and is a registered nurse with a focus on holistic health. The owner of Akasha Mind-Body Wellness, she is certified in Mind-Body Medicine through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington, D.C. and teaches meditation and guided imagery to groups and individuals. Megan is also a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner.
