All of Insight Aromas® aromatherapy products and Essential Oil Blends are made of high quality pure essential oils. Hand made with love and care for your health, healing, and especially the joy of these natural fragrances.

All of our oil blends come in 5ml bottles (a little less then ¼ ounce). If you are interested in purchasing a smaller sample size of a blend or blends prior to committing to a full bottle, please don’t hesitate to email your request to info@insightawareness.com. Larger quantities are also available upon request. We also carry a full line of single note essential oil’s such as Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, etc. that will be available on line soon. Accessories such as diffusers, aromatherapy pendants, and more will soon be available as well. Please feel free to inquire.

Tension Tamer(TM)

A Body, Mind, Spirit combination of the highest grade essential oil for those times when you just need to let go of all that accumulated stress.

When you find your mind in overwhelm with all the stress that life can bring, try rubbing a drop or two of Headache Blend(TM) on your temples or on the base of your skull where the bone meets the neck. Two or three minutes should be enough to take the edge off. Once you've gotten this far, why not continue by placing a drop or two of Release It(TM) on your stomach. This is where we often hold fearful hurtful feelings. You may also want to drop a little in a nice hot bath and soak for a while.

Tender Loving Care(TM)

A body, mind, spirit combination of the highest grade essential oils for those times when the body is achy, perhaps anxious, and you want to bring yourself into the protective blanket of soulful warmth and comfort.

First, take care of the body.If there is a general sense of muscle ache or soreness in your body, rub a little Pain Be Gone(TM) into the area. (Please read Safety Considerations first). You may find that adding a few drops to a body lotion allows for a smoother, deeper massage.

Next, let go of that high intensity drive you've got going. Take a moment and scan your body for anxiety. If you sense tension or upset, rub a drop of Gentle Comfort(TM) on that area or place 2 drops in a cup of hot water with honey and sip slowly for a delicious tea.

Now that you have let go of your anxiety, are feeling a bit calmer and the soreness in your muscles have somewhat subsided, relax into a comfortable position and place a few drops of Heavenly Cloak(TM) on your body to help raise your vibration back into balance.
