This course will give you an introduction to the endocannabinoid system and how cannabis interacts with the body. The course will cover common cannabinoids and terpenes, the endocannabinoid system, and modes of consumption.
Hi-Sci 102 : Cooking Crash Course

This course is designed to give you information to make informed choices about infusing foods with cannabinoids. Participants will learn how to choose the best raw materials and apply basic food chemistry concepts to create infused dishes.
Hi-Sci 103: Home Remedies

This course is designed to give you information about creating cannabinoid-infused topicals, tinctures, and capsules to treat and manage various illnesses. Participants will learn about each treatment, including the comparative advantages, methods to create, and choosing raw ingredients and storage.

…has over 12 years of experience designing and delivering educational content to adult learners. She is the co-founder of Two DOPE Chicks (Developing Opportunities for Personal Empowerment), with the mission of increasing awareness of the benefits of the cannabis plant. She is a former co-chair of Women Grow Chicago and a community educator for Illinois Women in Cannabis. As an experienced educator, public speaker and cannabis activist, Kiana is a regular presenter at the Women Grow Leadership Summit in Denver, CO. She is also the owner of Elevated Education an educational consulting firm that provides high quality education and training for the cannabis industry. In 2017, she was awarded a scholarship to study at Oaksterdam University, the oldest, most reputable institution in the U.S. for studying the cannabis plant and industry. She is an April 2018 graduate of the Oaksterdam University Classic program, which covers all aspects of operating a cannabis business.
