![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Improving Women's Health Through Yoga Yoga offers healing and transformational power physically, mentally, and emotionally. In this workshop, we will explore poses that help balance hormones, as well as improve a woman's outlook and physical health through her many stages of life. This workshop will help women feel secure and empowered while developing self-love, self-awareness, and self-fulfillment. Instructor: Kelley Carter, RYT Kelley Carter, RYT Kelley has been studying Middle Eastern dance for four years under the guidance of Magda. She has participated in workshops offered by Leila Gamal, Sadiyah, Morocco, Ava Fleming, Aziza, Zoe Jakes, Aliyah Sahar, Sonya, Andreanna, and Trillium Tribe. With her dedication to the art, she shares the magic of Middle Eastern dance with her students. Kelley is also a member of MECDA (Middle Eastern Culture and Dance Association).
