Kelley Carter Kelley was drawn to yoga as a means of creating balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She was called to teach after seeing her own personal growth through Yoga and longed to share its benefits with others. Her students often share their personal stories and love of yoga. This bond through yoga strengthens the yoga community in a warm, inviting environment. Kelley has been practicing yoga over 12 years. She graduated from the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program (200-hour) at the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago and continues studies through the Temple. Kelley also received certification to teach Prenatal Yoga through Global Yoga Center under the guidance of Rhonda Kantor. Her classes focus on body alignment for safety in practice, as well as breath awareness to connect body and mind.
