Well, this is your opportunity to prove your "thoughts" wrong and experience what Meditation can do for you! This class has been created to establish a peaceful, uplifting environment, while learning to connect mind, body and spirit. It is for those that want to obtain self help tools to achieve peace, health and harmony along the path of life. Classes will consist of a short check in, a 30 minute guided meditation with relaxing music, and a closing with a brief lecture on spiritual topics to integrate into daily living.
