It is a traditional circular art form used for healing, meditation and focusing the mind. Learn how to create mandala's as an alternative resource to move away from suffering and move towards a more fulfilling and stress free life. Creating a mandala makes space in one's soul to open up towards healing on many levels. No art experience required just a willingness to be a part of your own healing process. Studying various intuitive and spiritual methods in connection with the art process, she found a natural and simple approach for deep exploration. Exploring and experiencing the power of your own creativity is the best journey for discovering a real sense of freedom in mind, body and soul. Claudia is a true believer that 'Art Heals.' She holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, a Post Masters Certificate in Art Therapy and is also a Certified Mandala Facilitator with Judith Cornell Mandala Facilitation Training.
