Come join us at Insight Awareness for a unique experience. Once a month we will be hosting Nurse-Healer David Cowan RN, HN-BC who will be presenting Free Friday Night Experiential Lecture/Demos on Chi-lel Qigong. Come for a fun and informative evening and learn about Chinese Medical Qigong and the powerful Chi-lel Qigong Self-Healing Form known as "Lift Qi Up & Pour Qi Down." Then stay and participate in a Fa Qi Healing Circle.

The Lecture/Demos will begin at 7pm and the Fa Qi healing Circle will begin at 8:30pm and conclude by 9:30pm. Come and share in the Unconditional Love and Compassion of Chi-lel Group Energy Healing. Treat your own physical and emotional issues while learning how to heal others without depleting your own Qi!

David Cowan is a Holistic Nurse and Master Healer/Bodyworker with over 25 years experience in Alternative Healing Arts. He is a 12th Year student of Master Hao-Hee Chan and has been certified by Master Chan to teach Level 1 of Chi-lel Qigong since 1998 and Level 2 since 2000. Join us and start your own Qigong home study program and learn how you can begin to gain the World famous health benefits of Chinese Gongfu.

Participants should wear loose comfortable clothing.
