Welcome to the written description of our lovely little home. It's always so hard to describe who we are, what we do, and how we do it on paper. It's kind of like showing a friend a photograph of a spectacular place where you had a spectacular time-feeling the memory still alive in your heart, but knowing the photo and your words aren't doing justice to the experience. And so it is with this heartfelt expression of Self Discovery that we call Insight Awareness.
You will notice immediately upon entering Insight Awareness that the peaceful environment becomes evident (even when you encounter the contagious laughter of Valerie!). The soothing sound of water from the prayer table, combined with a gentle, nurturing aroma which permeates the air will invite you to sit down with a cup of tea before or after your session or workshop. After relaxing a moment, you may be inspired to put on one of the many CD's available for listening, or find yourself drawn to Insight Aromas, our line of unique high quality essential oil blends made especially to support you in moving through all of life's complexities.
Since its inception in 1994, Insight has grown from the initial offering of Massage and Reiki, to an ever changing and expanding array of personal modalities and workshops. We now also offer The Work(TM) of Byron Katie, Acupuncture, Yoga, Channeling, Hot Stone Massage, The Journey(TM) Work of Brandon Bays, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Meditation, and much more. Yes, there have been many changes over the years, changes that have brought personal growth and business growth as well.
We continually try to reach out for new offerings that are in line with our purpose and philosophy so that you may have choices in directing your journey of health and Self Discovery. After all, uncovering greater truths of who we are is a unique and individual process.
You'll see that in addition to providing the services listed above, we at Insight also love to Travel. We have experienced that travel around this glorious planet enables a magnificent exploration, not only of the land, but of ourselves as well. Traveling to such places as Peru, Egypt, Bali, and even within our own states of Arizona, and Wisconsin, bring about deep Insight and Awareness of our connection to our Selves.
